The short version
JJE Digital collects only the information needed to operate The Signal newsletter, understand basic site performance, and respond to requests. Subscriber information is not sold or rented.
Information collected
When you join The Signal, the site stores your email address, optional first name, subscription status, signup source, consent time, and an unsubscribe token. Standard hosting systems may temporarily process technical request data needed for security and reliable delivery.
How it is used
Subscriber data is used to deliver music releases, studio drops, project updates, and cultural field notes; maintain consent and unsubscribe records; prevent abuse; and troubleshoot newsletter delivery.
Service providers
The website uses infrastructure operated by OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and database storage. Email delivery may be processed by Resend when delivery credentials are active. Embedded music players are provided by Spotify and SoundCloud and are governed by their own privacy policies when loaded.
Retention and control
Active subscriber records are retained while the subscription remains active. When you unsubscribe, the record is marked unsubscribed so that future messages remain suppressed. You can unsubscribe through any newsletter or the unsubscribe page.
Cookies
JJE Digital does not use advertising cookies. Embedded players may set their own cookies or local storage when you interact with them.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of newsletter information by contacting JJE Digital through the official Instagram account linked on the homepage. Identity may be verified before a request is completed.
Updates
This policy may be updated as the project or its providers change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made.
